KEEN sandals, hiking boots, work utility shoes, and outdoor gear qualify for FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $125 or more within the contiguous 48 states. Orders under $125 ship for a flat rate of $10.00.
Dispatch Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and leave our logistics centers within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PT on Friday ship the following Monday.
Shipment Tracking
An email containing your UPS / FedEx tracking information will be dispatched once your footwear has been scanned for pickup.
Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses are sent via USPS and typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days.
