Return Condition
Shoes should be tried on indoors on clean surfaces to ensure proper fit before taking them on outdoor adventures. Returned items must include original shoebox, packaging, and tags intact.
1-Year Limited Warranty
KEEN footwear is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one full year from the confirmed date of purchase. If a seam fails, a sole delaminates, or hardware breaks due to a factory defect, we provide a replacement or credit.
